DramaEra is offered in markets outside mainland China and is not directed to users in mainland China. 1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required where you live, and legally able to enter this agreement. If you are under the age of legal majority, your parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms where required by law.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may require verification to protect users and the Services.
3. License to Use DramaEra
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for lawful, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. DramaEra software, branding, designs, and service content remain owned by us or our licensors.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, encode, transmit, display, distribute, and technically modify that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, promote within, secure, and improve the Services. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable backup periods, legal retention, or copies shared by others where applicable.
You represent that you have all rights and permissions required for your content and that it does not violate law, privacy, publicity, intellectual property, contractual rights, or our Community Guidelines.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not upload illegal or infringing material; exploit or endanger minors; harass others; impersonate a person or entity; distribute malware or spam; scrape or reverse engineer the Services except where law permits; bypass security or access controls; manipulate recommendations or engagement; or use DramaEra to violate law.

7. Current Free Service; Future Paid Features and Advertising
DramaEra currently does not charge users and does not display advertising. We may introduce paid features, subscriptions, purchases, or advertising in the future. Before a charge, we will show the price, billing period, renewal status, cancellation method, refund rules, and other legally required terms and obtain your express purchase authorization. Future paid features will not create retroactive charges. Advertising and related data practices will be disclosed in an updated Privacy Policy and consent flow where required.
8. Third-Party Services
The Services may depend on or link to third-party services. Their separate terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party content or services beyond what applicable law requires.
9. Changes and Availability
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We will provide reasonable notice when a change materially affects your rights, unless urgent security, legal, or operational circumstances prevent advance notice.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service, or that user content is accurate. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or loss of data, profits, or opportunity arising from the Services. Any limitation applies only to the extent lawful and does not exclude liability that cannot be limited, including liability arising from fraud or willful misconduct.
12. Termination
You may stop using DramaEra and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, legal requirements, security risks, or service discontinuation. Provisions that by nature should survive will remain effective.
13. Governing Law and Disputes

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
