DramaEra Subscription and Refund Policy
This Subscription and Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions offered in DramaEra by Haikou Luyi Trading Co., Ltd (“DramaEra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It forms part of the Terms of Service. DramaEra does not currently offer account recharge, stored-value balances, or cash-equivalent virtual currency.
1. Subscription Details Shown Before Purchase
Before you authorize payment, the purchase confirmation screen will identify the subscription name and benefits, billing period, currency, first-purchase price, any free trial or introductory price and its duration, regular renewal price, applicable taxes, and whether the subscription renews automatically. The exact details displayed and accepted on that screen form part of your purchase agreement. Available periods may vary by product, platform, country, and offer.
If an introductory offer applies, the first-purchase price is the promotional price shown for the stated introductory period. After that period, the subscription renews at the regular renewal price shown before purchase unless you cancel before renewal. If no introductory offer is shown, the first-purchase price and regular renewal price are the same, subject to taxes and later price changes made with the notice or consent required by the store and applicable law.
2. Auto-Renewal and Payment Authorization
By confirming an auto-renewing subscription, you expressly authorize Google Play or Apple, as applicable, to charge the payment method associated with your store account for the first purchase and each renewal until you cancel. A subscription continues for successive periods of the length shown at purchase. Google Play generally charges at the beginning of each billing period and may place an authorization hold before renewal. Apple processes renewals under the billing terms shown by the App Store. Store-specific timing, grace periods, retries, taxes, exchange rates, and payment rules apply.
The store purchase sheet displays the auto-renewal terms before you pay. The store may also send purchase receipts, trial-ending notices, renewal notices, price-change notices, or payment-failure notices. DramaEra may provide additional in-app or email reminders where supported or legally required, but failure to receive an optional reminder does not by itself cancel a subscription. You should check the renewal date in your store subscription settings.
3. View Subscription Status
When the subscription feature is available, you can check your plan, renewal status, and current access period in DramaEra → Profile → Settings → Subscription. The authoritative billing status is maintained by the store account used for purchase:
- Google Play: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → DramaEra.
- Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → DramaEra.
If the App and store show different states, use “Restore Purchases” in the DramaEra Subscription page and ensure you are signed in to the same store account used for the purchase.
4. How to Cancel
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through the store that billed you. Deleting DramaEra, logging out, deleting an account, or stopping use of the App does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
- Google Play: Open Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → DramaEra → Cancel subscription, then follow the confirmation steps.
- Apple: Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → DramaEra → Cancel Subscription, then confirm. If no cancel button appears and an expiration message is shown, the subscription is already canceled.
Cancel before the next billing period begins. For Apple trials or discounted trials, Apple recommends canceling at least 24 hours before the trial ends. After successful cancellation, the store should display a canceled status or expiration date and may send a confirmation. Keep the confirmation or a screenshot. Unless a refund is granted or law requires otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal but does not end access already paid for; subscription benefits remain available until the end of the current paid period shown by the store.
5. Cancellation Failure and Renewal Disputes
If cancellation fails, verify your network connection and the store account used for purchase, retry through the store subscription page, and take a screenshot showing the time and error. Contact the relevant store and DramaEra promptly before the renewal date. Provide the order ID, subscription product, purchase account identifier where safe, cancellation attempt time, and screenshots. Do not send a full card number, password, or security code.
If you attempted to cancel before the applicable deadline but were renewed because of a verified technical failure, we will investigate entitlement and server records, help correct the subscription state, and, where the store permits, assist with or issue an appropriate refund. Store billing decisions and mandatory local consumer law remain controlling. This process does not limit any non-waivable right to contact the store, payment provider, bank, or consumer authority.
6. Duplicate Subscriptions or Duplicate Charges
A duplicate may occur if different Google or Apple accounts are used, subscriptions are purchased on both platforms, different DramaEra plans overlap, or a payment appears pending and later posts. Check the receipt, order ID, store account, plan, billing date, and purchase history before purchasing again. Cancel any unwanted active subscription to prevent another renewal.
If two completed charges cover the same intended subscription period, send us both order IDs and screenshots with sensitive payment details hidden. Also request a refund from the store that processed the duplicate purchase. We will verify whether multiple entitlements were created and cooperate with the store. A pending authorization is not always a completed charge and may be released automatically by the payment provider.
7. Subscription Purchased but Benefits Not Received
- Confirm the purchase shows as completed, not pending or declined, in the store purchase history.
- Confirm you are using the same Google Account or Apple Account and the same DramaEra account used for purchase.
- Open DramaEra → Profile → Settings → Subscription and select “Restore Purchases.”
- Restart the App and check the network connection.
- If access is still missing, contact us with the store, order ID, purchase time, product name, DramaEra account identifier, and a screenshot with sensitive payment details hidden.
We will verify the store receipt and entitlement records and will restore access, correct the subscription period, or help arrange a refund where appropriate. Do not purchase the same plan again merely to resolve a delivery delay unless support instructs you to do so.
8. Refund Rules and Request Channels
Except where required by law or stated below, completed subscription periods are generally non-refundable merely because the subscription was unused, partially used, forgotten, or canceled after renewal. Refund eligibility depends on the billing store, timing, reason, country, and applicable consumer law.
- Google Play purchases: use Google Play purchase history or its “Request a refund” flow. Google states that requests made within 48 hours may be considered depending on the purchase details; after 48 hours, contact DramaEra for troubleshooting and refund assistance. Google’s current refund policy and local law apply.
- Apple purchases: sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com, choose “Request a refund,” select the DramaEra subscription, and submit the reason. Apple determines eligibility under its rules and local law.
We may approve or support a refund for a verified duplicate charge, paid subscription not delivered after reasonable troubleshooting, material failure of the paid service, incorrect charge caused by our systems, or another case required by applicable law. If a refund is granted, the corresponding subscription benefits may end immediately or be adjusted to match the amount retained.
9. Unauthorized Charges, Fraud, and Chargebacks
If you do not recognize a charge, first check family members, other store accounts, receipts, and grouped store billing. Secure the affected store account and report the unauthorized transaction to Google Play or Apple promptly. You may also contact your payment provider. Contacting us first may help resolve entitlement or duplicate-billing issues faster, but does not waive your legal rights.
Fraudulent refund claims, abuse of promotional offers, resale of subscription access, or chargebacks after continued intentional use may lead to suspension of paid benefits or the account, subject to applicable law. We will not penalize a good-faith billing dispute.
10. Price or Plan Changes
We may change subscription benefits, periods, or renewal prices. The store or DramaEra will provide the notice and obtain consent required by applicable law and store policy before a change takes effect. If you do not accept a change that requires consent, the subscription may not renew. You may cancel before the new price applies.

For billing support, email contact@dramaera.com. Include your DramaEra account identifier, billing platform, order ID, product, purchase date, issue description, and redacted screenshots. Never send passwords, verification codes, full card numbers, or card security codes.
